Publish App Update
Sets the version, installer URL and SHA-256 together. Clients download the installer and verify it against this hash before running it, so all three must be filled in. Get the SHA-256 from the build step (publish-update.ps1) or Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 <installer>.
